1. Who May Enter

1.1. The competition is open only to South African citizens who are registered members of Mineworkers Provident Fund (MWPF).

2. Judging

2.1. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

3. Prizes

3.1. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

4. Competition Cancellation

4.1. MWPF reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the competition if there are insufficient valid entries or for any other reasonable cause.

5. Entry Deadline

5.1. All entries must be received before the published closing date.

5.2. Extensions to the deadline will only be granted if officially communicated by MWPF.

5.3. Late entries will not be considered under any circumstances.

6. Prizes

6.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information by MWPF for the purposes of administering the competition.

6.2. MWPF undertakes to handle all personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will not share such information with third parties without the participant’s consent, unless required by law.

6.3. Personal information will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and will then be securely stored, deleted or destroyed.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. By entering the competition, participants confirm that they understand and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
