MASIBAMBISANE Rewards Programme

FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL MWPF MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES


The Rewards Programme provides members and their families with access to savings and special offers on groceries at Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores in SA through vouchers and digital coupons.


1. How to access the Masibambisane Rewards Programme

Coupon booklet:

Discounts are accessed as follows

  1. View and select the coupons in the Masibambisane Rewards grocery discount coupon book.
  2. Cut out the discount coupons that you want to use and take these into a Shoprite, Checkers, or Checkers Hyper store when you go shopping.
  3. Make sure you find the correct product (size, brand, description) in order for your discount to apply.
  4. Give the cut-out coupons to the teller with the product at the till and get the discount off the product right away before you pay.

  1. Option 1 – dial *120*207#
  2. Option 2 – go to www.mwpfrewards.co.za
  3. If you are the main member login using your industry number.
  4. If you are a nominated family member login using your ID number.
  5. Browse the available discount coupons.
  6. Decide what you want to use and add your selected coupons to your basket.
  7. When you are finished adding the discounts to your basket, remember to “checkout” before you go to the shops.
  8. You will receive an SMS with the products that you selected in it as well as coupon codes you need to show the teller before you pay.
  9. Take your coupon SMS when you go shopping at Shoprite, Checkers, or Checkers Hyper, find the product advertised on the coupon.
  10. Give the coupon code to the teller with the product at the till and get the discount off the product right away.
  11. Remember to make sure you find the correct product (Size, Brand, Description) in order for your discount to apply.


2. How to give your family members access to your Masibambisane Rewards

Each member can give access to 2 family members


Option 1:

  1. Send an SMS with your Industry number, family member’s ID number and your family member’s cell number to 49967.
  2. To nominate a second family member, repeat the above with the second family member’s details.

Option 2:

  1. Call the MWPF call centre on 010 100 3000

Option 3:

  1. Dial *120*207#, log in and select “nominate a family member”,
    and follow the prompts.



3. How do I change a family member details to get access to Masibambisane Rewards

  • Please provide the following information: Industry Number, old family member’s ID and cell phone number, new family member’s ID number and cell phone number.


    • 4. If you have a problem when shopping

    1. Please ask to speak to the manager and show them your digital or paper coupons.
    2. SMS “Masibambisane” to 49967 and an agent will call you back to assist. Please note that agents only work during office hours.
    3. Call the MWPF call centre on 010 100 3000.
